Roswell is crafted from the finest materials, built entirely by hand with obsessive attention to detail. Made from 100% beaver felt, each hat is hand-dyed and hand-colored for depth and character. Finished with silver hardware and a hand-forged cowboy antenna/toothpick, every element is individually made, stitched, and assembled by a single craftsperson. The hat band is created using the lost-wax casting process, paired with hand-selected leather that is cut, dyed, and finished in-house.
