Inspired by the legendary New Mexico town where the strange and unexplained became part of American folklore, Roswell is a hat that feels as though it landed somewhere between the Old West and another world. Its sculptural crown and UFO-inspired silhouette are finished with a hand-made silver cowboy antenna—a signature detail that points toward the stars while staying rooted in cowboy tradition.

Crafted entirely by hand from 100% beaver fur felt, every Roswell hat is individually hand-dyed and hand-colored to create depth, character, and a one-of-a-kind finish. Silver hardware, a hand-forged cowboy antenna/toothpick, and custom leatherwork elevate each piece into wearable art.

The custom hat band hardware is created using the lost-wax casting process and paired with hand-selected leather that is cut, dyed, and finished in-house. Every stitch, every curve, and every detail is made and assembled by a single craftsperson—never mass-produced, never rushed.
