What is your exchange / return policy?
Each hat is made to order custom, The hats can take 3 -5 months to finish. Therefore stangazhandmade, Stan Gaz, Gamel does not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with the sizing or any other issue with your hat, please contact stangazhandmade@gmail.com
How long will delivery of my order take?
Because we handcraft each hat individually, it takes around 3- 6 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers. International orders are usually delivered in around 7-9 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary, depending on your destination and the size of your order. To check the actual shipping costs for your order, we encourage you to add your desired products to your cart and proceed to the cart page to display the shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to almost every country but to be certain, you can add your desired products to your cart and proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Since every hat is made to measure, please allow 3-6 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Stan Gaz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
