There was something about this hat that carried the spirit of the Southern backroads — the kind of places where the air is thick, the rivers run slow, and every trail has a story waiting to be told. MudSkipper Scout was shaped with that rugged, weathered character in mind — a companion for wandering through forgotten roads and untamed landscapes.

Handcrafted from 100% beaver fur felt, each hat is custom shaped, hand sewn, and finished by a single maker. The hand-cut leather hat band, handmade silver cowboy antenna toothpick, and custom distressing give this piece the feeling of something discovered, not manufactured.

Finished with a 2” leather sweatband featuring a branded burnt logo, MudSkipper Scout carries the marks of its maker and the soul of the trail.
