The High Desert has a way of keeping secrets. Wind carves the rocks, the sun bleaches the bones, and every dirt road feels like it leads to an old story. Named after the massive boulder formations of Landers, California, this hat was born from that landscape and the outlaw spirit that still lingers there.

The Landers Big Rock draws inspiration from my Billy the Kid design and the gunfighters, drifters, and explorers of the American West. It’s a hat that looks as though it has lived a hundred lives—ridden across open country, slept beneath desert stars, and survived a few bad decisions along the way.

Part outlaw, part ranch hand, part rock-and-roll troubadour, this is the hat for those who never quite fit neatly into one world. Whether you’re working a ranch, standing under stage lights, or planning your next great escape, the Landers Big Rock was made to carry a little dust and a good story.

Handmade from 100% bone-colored beaver fur felt and custom shaped one piece at a time. It features a hand-cut leather hatband with cast silver hardware, a hand-crafted silver Outlaw Antenna, and a 2” leather sweatband branded with my maker’s mark. Each hat is individually distressed and finished with fire and patina, giving it the character of an old companion found somewhere between the desert and the Wild West.

No two are ever alike. They shouldn’t be.
