DUST & RUST

Dust & Rust draws its inspiration from the weathered photographs of miners and the rugged quarry landscapes of the American West. Shaped by hard work, wind, dust, and time, this hat pays tribute to the grit and character of those who carved their lives from the desert and mountains.

Handcrafted from 100% beaver fur felt, each hat is custom shaped, hand dyed, distressed, and sewn entirely by one person. It features a hand-cut leather hat band with hand-shaped, cast silver hardware and a handmade solid silver cowboy antenna toothpick. The interior is finished with a 2-inch leather sweatband branded with a burnt Stan Gaz Handmade logo.

No two hats are ever alike—each carries its own marks of character and craftsmanship.
